What AugHog Sells

AugHog's catalog covers backyard, beach, fishing, sandbar, and swimming pool products, plus umbrellas, accessories, replacement parts, and a clearance section. Best-known items include:

• Pool tables: the BajaTable for sun shelves and the Relaxation Station in-pool table and stools.
• Sandbar and boating gear: the AugAnchor sand auger anchor, the AugBrella XT umbrella table, and the Sandbar grill mount.
• Beach gear: the AugBrella beach umbrella anchor.
• Grilling and cleaning: the Grill-N-Chill portable grill station and the Filter Cleaner Max for cartridge pool filters.

The merchant notes that some lightweight beach umbrellas and LED kits it sells are made in China and carry a shorter warranty than its American-made core products.

What Stands Out About AugHog

Made in the USA. The merchant says its core products are designed and manufactured in Florida, using marine-grade materials and stainless-steel hardware.

Built around an auger design. Many products twist into sand or ground to hold firm, which the merchant pitches as a way to keep umbrellas, tables, and grills secure at the beach or sandbar.

Fits existing pool sleeves. The BajaTable slides into your pool's existing umbrella sleeve, with a universal wedge anchor for most 7" sleeves and adapters for others, according to the merchant.

Lifetime warranty on the AugBrella. For original residential buyers, the merchant covers defects on its beach umbrella anchor for life.

Things to Consider Before You Buy

• Returns are costly. For returns not caused by a defect or shipping error, you pay all shipping both ways. If your order shipped free, the merchant deducts that shipping from your refund, and a 15% restocking fee and payment-processing fees may also be deducted.
• Packaging matters. Returns must be unused and in the original packaging, or no refund is given, and poorly packed returns can be charged up to 50% of the product cost for repairs.
• Get a return authorization first. Request it through LiveChat, then include a signed letter and your receipt in the package.
• Used means no return. The merchant will not accept used items, and specifically lists filling a Relaxation Station base with concrete as use.
• Cancelling in transit costs money. If you cancel after the order ships, shipping and card fees are deducted from the refund.
• Check the box before discarding it. The merchant says small parts are often wrapped between cardboard layers, so contact them about missing parts before throwing packaging away.
